The animation on the character on the right is a lot better than the one on the left, which needs a lot of work.

You could zoom in the camera and have poses stay on screen for longer before changing pose

I feel like you overexaggerated the expressiveness and speed of the characters to the point of it feeling like they're both on crack. If you calm down and simplify their movements it would look much better. You did do a good job of having both characters appear as active listeners when they aren't speaking though, which is something many people struggle with.
